Fredy is a third generation coffee grower, he shares the passion for coffee production with his parents whom from a young age taught him everything there is about growing coffee. Nowadays, he works on the farm together with his family: his wife, their three daughters and his father. Family is the main motivation for Fredy in all the labors, and it helps him to focus on high quality coffee in every part of the process. As for the future, Fredy would like to start a project of building a wet mill in southern Huila in order to produce excellent coffees with high level of consistency all year around. 

Fredy's Farm is located in Isnos, a municipality in southern Huila, very close to the Cauca department, an area known for sharing similarly privileged climatic conditions. High altitudes, fertile volcanic soils, and a stable microclimate with balanced rainfall and cool temperatures create an ideal environment for growing specialty coffee. These conditions allow coffee cherries to mature slowly, enhancing sweetness, complexity, and aromatic intensity in the cup, and positioning the region as a natural bridge between the renowned coffee profiles of Huila and Cauca.
