Royal Mail are currently suffering delays of up to a week on their normal services. If you're worried about your parcel arriving for Christmas we would advise selecting the next day DHL service.
We use DHL ( Formally UK Mail ) & Royal Mail for all of our UK deliveries.
Your tracking information will be sent via email with your order information.
Due to Covid-19 we currently do not ship Internationally due to the delays and lack of being able to guarantee a good service.
If there's a problem with your delivery please report it back to us straight away and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
If your order has gone missing we'll contact the courier to start an investigation. You'll be eligible for a refund or credit note.
